Buying
Where do you get your inventory?
From people like you!
Do you pick it up?
Yes, we will let you know what day we will be in your area we will pick it up for you or you may also drop it off. Just give us a call or send an email and we will give you directions. You may also drop off your items at Raspberry Bliss.
How should the items be presented?
Items should be neatly packed and be most importantly, clean. If items are sent to us with a cigarette smoke odor or with animal hair attached we will not look at or take them.
Do you take baby gear and toys?
No, mostly just clothing. However, we sometimes will take unique Disney, Shabby Chic decor and vintage Cabbage patch Dolls (in good condition).
Also, if you let us know the type of gear or toy you are looking for we can hunt it down most times.
What is the turn around time for a bid?
1-3 days.
How much do you pay?
We will pay you 30% of our selling cost up front or give you trade/store credit for the same amount.
How long is the credit good for?
Forever.
If I do not want the items back that you do not take what do you do with them?
We take and donate them to a local charity of our choice and will send you a receipt for your donation.
Selling
Do you also have NEW clothing?
Yes, sometimes we do!
Can I come to your location and try things on?
Yes! Come to Raspberry Bliss located inside Power Square Mall on Baseline & Power!
Do you do home shows?
No, we do not do home shows as it way to much to lug around.
Do you offer incentives or discounts?
Yes, we offer referral rewards ($5 credit per paying referral) and discounts to certain groups (The Innovative Mama, Military, Swanky Moms and MamaSource members.)
Can I have my items back if you don't buy them?
Yes, of course! You have 3 business days to pick them up as we do not offer "bring back" service.
Trading
How does trading work?
We will give you a store credit of the same amount that we would buy it for your clothing .
Consignment
Do you offer consignment?
Sometimes--please contact us about your product.
Returns
Do you offer a return service?
We offer return for exchange only. This must be done within 3 business days of purchasing and if you need to ship your item we unfortunately can not cover your extra shipping cost.
Other Questions
Do you have a physical location?
Yes!!! An extension of our company is Raspberry Bliss Boutique and we are located inside along with some other awesome businesses.
Do you do fundraisers?
It is a possibility. Please contact us about this.
Can I purchase a franchise?
No, we are not offering franchises just yet. But, in the future , yes :)
How are you different from the other resale shops in the area and online?
